Because of your feedback - we are really pleased to advise that we will be upgrading the Coffee pod in the Quad by the end of May 2010.
The new Coffee Bar will be located along the back wall of the Quad just behind the current coffee pod. This new facility will have a better food and drink offering during the day and will also be a bar for evening events.
There will be two phases of work in the Quad and we have endeavoured to schedule these works during the Easter period and post exams. The works will take place between the 26 March to 18 April and between 12 May to 28 May. The existing coffee pod will be in operation throughout this period.

Improving First Aid provision at Hendon
From 1st July 2009 there is a duty first aider ready to deal with most first aid incidents on Hendon campus. Each day when the University is open one of our trained first aiders will be assigned to take calls. All requests for first aid should go to the security control team phone number 020 8411 6200 who will immediately pass on the request to the first aider on duty or one of the local building based first aiders. Most of our caretakers and security team staff are trained and will be able to support this new service. The aim is to provide a prompt response at all times.
Remember - all first aid requests should be made to the security team on 020 8411 6200.
