You can get by with a little help from your friends - but don't forget that we have experienced staff standing by to help you as well.
Most students settle into university life pretty quickly, but if it's the first time you've lived away from home you may need some additional advice and support. Middlesex is a big place and each of our campuses has dedicated members of support staff who can help you with personal or study-related concerns.
In this section of 24-7 you'll find useful information and professional advice on issues such as accommodation, counselling, health and safety, financial support and welfare and careers.
There is also specialist support for students with disabilities, nursey and childcare facilities and international students. We can also provide assistance to you if you're dealing with problems relating to bullying and harassment.
If you find yourself struggling to cope, remember that you're not alone! It's easy to understand why dropping out may seem like the only solution, but before you decide what course of action to take make sure you consider all of your options carefully. Read our 'Don't Drop Out' guide for help.
Please email 24-7 if you find information is out of date or insufficient.
